"The jacket performed flawlessly. I'm sure glad I had it. No leakage even in hard rain." Fred Matheny, roadbikerider.com
The Club jacket is an affordable all-round garment- great for commuting in any weather, especially rain.
The Club jacket meets the need for a reasonably priced jacket that has all the advantages of a waterproof/breathable laminate. Like our more expensive jackets, the Club uses a two-way front zipper, thus allowing you to cool the lower back. The cuffs have gussets that can be opened to scoop ventilating air up the sleeves and out the large back vent when desired. The jacket has a high collar, so that when you close the cuffs and zippers, maximum warmth can be achieved. The Club Jacket has one a generous large back pocket, and reflective tape front and rear to help visiblity if you are riding in the dark. Sealed seams and pit zips complete the package!
FABRIC This jacket uses a three-part system of light-weight, densely woven nylon fabric and a micro-porous polyurethane coating (the waterproof stuff). The exterior nylon is treated with a durable water repellent (DWR) finish. All seams are taped to keep you dry!

 | Showers Pass Rain Pants Showers Pass rain pants are cut for wear over other clothing - whether tights or commuter clothes. We have tested them in all-day rain storms and stayed dry. They have enough knee flex to use for other sports, such as nordic skiing, horseback riding, or hiking.
These rainpants use a medium-weight waterproof, breathable fabric, that will withstand the stresses of daily commuting or cycle touring. In our experience, rain pants can get hot and sweaty if there is no active ventilation provided. Based on substantial field testing (riding in the rain - its a job, but someone has to do it) we have engineered effective vents that won't let rain in.
Vents are in two places: the knee, and at the upper waist. We have constructed an articulated knee, sort of like a shingle, that uses a sturdy lycra panel to provide lower leg ventilation when pedaling. The vertical side pockets (with zipper closure) have a mesh liner, providing ventilation when the pockets are open. These four vents (two knees, two pockets) effectively prevent sweat buildup during hard efforts, like doing a long climb.
Additional features:
Highest quality 3M reflective tape for night-time riding.
Elastic back and velcro waist closures (allows wide range of adjustment).
Ankle zippers so you can put on without removing shoes.
Double velcro ankle closure prevents chainring snags.
Fully taped seams to keep the rain out.
Size medium weighs about 12 ounces (340g).
The pants easily roll up for carrying in a jersey pocket or pannier. Size medium rolls to approximately 8" x 3.5" (20cm x 9cm).
Available in everyone's favorite color black (which also hides road grunge).

| | | Showers Pass Rain Hood This hood is made to attach to all of Showers Pass rain jackets. It is designed to be worn under the helmet - so it fits pretty close, like a hat. The hood is cut far back on the sides to minimize interference with peripheral vision and to maintain potential for hearing traffic. The hood does not scoop air when you are riding. It is black and made of waterproof breathable fabric. At the neck a large fabric overlap created by the jacket collar and the hood keeps rain out. The hood attaches with three velcro attachments (although it works OK without them too).
