This is Pearl Izumi's top-of-the-line women's specific bib short and calls on a whole host of really neat new features and fabric technologies to give you all you are going to need to help make every ride be the best it can be. At least from the comfort and sartorial level - the rest is up to you and the scenery !
P.R.O. In-R-Cool Women's Bibshort features:
P.R.O.Transfer with In-R-Cool fabric technology for your cool, dry comfort. The dyeing process used to bring you this coldblack technology makes the fabric reflect UV light just as well as white fabric would. It also provides UPF50+ sun protection.
P.R.O Transfer with Minerale Direct-Vent bib. The Minerale technology utilises Volcanic ash that is combined with lycra when it is formed - the natural minerals present create a porous yarn that enhances wicking, absorbs odour and is super-fast drying.
A clip at the front of the bibstraps will attach them together and ensure holding the bibshort in place comfortably. Also a new addition this year is a bra style attachment at the rear of the bib which makes it easy to undo the bibstrap should you want to.
Pearl Izumi's top of the line women's specific seatpad seatpad, the P.R.O. Seamless 4D Chamois is now lighter and thinner but with just as much comfort and cushioning as before. Pre-shaped and curved to fit and to move with the rider, under a 4-way stretch covering that will wick away moisture effectively. Active carbon yarns will provide cooling and ward off static-induce fatigue.
Cut to an anatomical, multi-panel design to really dial in that fit and how the garment moves with your body in the cycling range of motion.
Elastic silicone leg grippers with welded construction will keep things nicely in place, with some added subtle decoration for a feminine touch and some added flair.
Reflective detailing will provide useful low-light visibility.
