One of Retro's most popular, and their best selling tee to date, is this Paris Roubaix shirt. Celebrating what is known as the Queen of the Classics and often dubbed the 'Hell of the North'. It is an epic race that has been around since 1896 and is probably the most challenging single day race on the Pro cycling calendar. With the rough terrain, the distance, the sometimes unpredictable Spring weather and the infamous stretches of 'pave' it really is a true test of rider, his machine and his luck. Alcyon Bicycles was an early French manufacturer that sponsored a Pro team between 1906 and 1955. During this time they enjoyed many victories including 12 in the Paris-Roubaix, alongwith numerous overall Team and GC wins in the Tour De France.
