The Kiss 3 has been engineered to eliminate seams that may cause abrasions and chaffing. The top layer provides a comfortable and soft interface with the rider. Most riders will not need chamois creme with the Kiss 3 seat pad. High density foam in the Kiss 3 helps pad the short in places where you need it and have less foam around the edges of the pad.

Bibshorts are found by the majority, if not all, to be the most comfortable option for a riding short - but this relies heavily on getting the right size. 	KEVIN SAYS: Just recently got myself some of these Velocissimo bibs to match up with the colorscheme on the Castelli Podio jersey I also recently bought (which I should say I am very happy with too!). We have had a lot of positive feedback on the Velocissimo and the Kiss3 seatpad, so I knew they would be a safe bet. My first ride in them was a 100 miler here on a Summers day in Portland – the Bridge of the Gods ride in the Columbia Gorge. I was happy with these bibs all the way round and continued usage of them has made them a firm favorite. The fit on the shorts was great – I did find them a little more generous than my Castelli Body Paints and found that size XL was fine for me in these (I am 6’4” and 180 lbs). Love the styling and the fabric – highly comfortable pair of bibs. The leg grippers are similar to those on the Body Paint, Endurance and Free Aero Race. These are the Giro++ grippers – they hold the leg without feeling tight or binding, and have a straight cut finished edge to them for that new Pro-look. Very happy with these – they are fantastic value – being in Castelli’s mid-range. As far as the performance goes I like these as much as, and in some cases more than , top-of-the-line bibshorts I have used in other brands.
