  • Open membrane on the back allows for fast cooling.

  • 360 degree reflective panels for incredible visibility and safety
  • A high, soft collar, full-length zipper to keep your neck warm
  • Three roomy rear pockets to keep your valuables

Need to keep the wind off your chest, but hate that feeling of cold sweat trickling down your back when you begin to overheat? Then this jacket is for you. Castelli's Mortirolo Jacket is constructed with Gore Windstopper (TM) X-Fast fabric to provide front wind protection; removing the membrane from the back of the jacket prevents you from overheating, as does the front zippered chest vents which allow the rider to regulate air flow. With three external rear pockets to pack extra layers and snacks, the Mortirolo could easily be a climber's best friend. Have any more questions or would like to learn more about this jacket? Mortirolo Due digital camo
By from Sacramento, California on February 15, 2013
Best jacket ever. I'm tall and thin at 6"4 and the fit is very trim. Perfect for most all temps in California. I used this jacket on a recent trip to Death Valley and I was comfortable using this jacket in the 17 deg f chili mornings. It would be great if Castelli could make matching components! Digital camo is pretty cool!
    Pros:
Being of tall thin medium build the xl fit me perfect, zip vents are great to open once you're warmed up
    Cons:
The wrist cuff areas could use some expanding material. When I was finished riding it was difficult to get my wrists out of the sleeves that are form fitting

I would recommend this item to a friend.

    It's what you wanted!

Brought this jacket back in September in prep for this winter and now that it has hit the 40's here I have been wearing this jacket every ride, and wow it rules.
I were a single base layer of under armor (they are better then you think at a good price) and I feel the internal heat, so when it gets down to the 30's I have not question this jacket will handle it plus more.
Wind is not an issue either and last week it was steady at 15 mph N/E which is a "you know what" when you have to pedal into for a period of time.
The slim cut is perfect, but i still tend to roll under my jersey's and this jacket is no different, has it has a long tail.
The arm cuts are way long enough for anyone out there, and the collar is so high I you don't need that turtle neck any more.
Another plus is it cleans up very nice, with just a wet rag to wipe the snot off the arms (If you train in the winter then you know what I am talking about)
I do not put any of my winter gear in the dryer as I believe any heat will degrade the coating that helps with the wind protection.
I just ordered my wife the same jacket but in a different color/size (men do get better jackets then the women) as she became very jealous have a short test.

    Pros:
Very Warm when you need it.
    Fits slim and looks great.
    Cleans up nice.
    Cons:
    Nothing yet.

I would recommend this item to a friend.
