Castelli cycling arm, leg and knee warmers are designed to hug the curves of your body. We would recommend ordering your warmers in a similar size to what you would wear in Castelli jerseys or shorts. For example, if you wear a Castelli jersey in size Medium, order Castelli arm warmers in s size Small or Medium; if you wear Castelli cycling shorts or bib shorts in size Large, order Castelli knee and/or leg warmers in size Medium or Large; if you are wearing size XXL or XXXL jersey or shorts, then you should find that size XL in a warmer will work best for you. Remember that they should fit snugly in order to stay up and not have any wrinkling or gathering in the fabric. Of course your build will influence how you size, so if you do have the biceps of Governor Arnie, then where two options are indicated then please do go for the larger one!
